Our resources limit us to serving the geographic area of Portland’s East End. This area is bordered by I-295, Franklin Arterial and the Eastern Promenade. Residents of Franklin Towers are included in our ministry area.

Only The Root Cellar’s Medical Clinic, both Adult and Pediatric, is available to any person who is uninsured or carrying a deductible of $2000 or more regardless of where they reside.
